Step Two:
We confirm the dates, and make sure everything is squared away with the location, supplies, and ammenities.
Step Three:
Once everything is aligned on the package details and dates, you’ll complete the required deposit and we’ll get to work right away! You can just sit back, relax, and get ready to have a reset of a lifetime. All you have to do is show up.

If your planning on driving we will send you the direct address. Parking is available on the property. If you are flying in, then we will have travel accommodations to bring you to and from the airport. The nearest airports, are San Jose and San Francisco.

You will definitely feel nourished, and well fed.
We have a personal chef who caters meals to your personal preference. You can always expect fresh, healthy, cuisine and meals with organic food in season fruits and vegetables. The food will correlate with the energy present in the season to support cultivation.

Gong Fu Cha, or “Tea with Skill,” is a traditional Chinese tea ceremony rooted in over a thousand years of history, dating back to the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD). While tea preparation initially focused on practicality and enjoyment, by the Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD), it began to embody ceremonial refinement, turning tea-making into an art form. This transformation deepened during the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644 AD), when the use of loose-leaf tea became popular, allowing for a more intricate brewing technique that focused on precision—from selecting the leaves to controlling water temperature, timing, and teaware.
In a group setting, Gong Fu Cha cultivates a shared experience of mindfulness, presence, and tranquility, allowing each participant to engage in the ritual’s rhythm and flow with mutual respect and reflection. The teas themselves, such as oolong and pu-erh, offer both physical and mental benefits, with antioxidants that support health and natural compounds that promote a calm, focused state. Spiritually, the ceremony serves as a grounding practice, connecting participants to the present moment and to one another, fostering a sense of inner clarity and renewal. This location offers a peaceful oasis nestled in the woods, complete with a stunning view. The serene and calming environment is designed to provide a spacious, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience. While there may be a few bugs due to the season, they shouldn’t pose much of an issue. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s essential to have a space where you can truly unwind, expand, and simply be.
Although we are tucked away from the bustle, stores are close enough for any refills or additions you may need, as well as for any emergencies.

In this session, we’ll guide you through foundational movements that you can incorporate into your daily routine. These time-honored practices are designed to leave you feeling mobile, revitalized, refreshed, focused, grounded, present, and centered.

Tensor rings are powerful tools designed to harmonize and balance energy fields, supporting both personal and environmental well-being. When used with water, they restructure and enhance its molecular integrity, promoting improved hydration and vitality. For self-balancing, the rings help align physical and energetic bodies, encouraging a state of equilibrium and inner clarity. In meditation, tensor rings deepen focus and facilitate a heightened connection to subtle energies, fostering greater mental and emotional peace.

A one hour energy session is included in all retreats. We use a combination of reiki, toning, and tensor rings.
The structure of the session is simple:
• 5-10 minutes: We begin by gaining a deep understanding of where you are and what you’re experiencing in life.
• 35 minutes: During the session, we guide you through grounding and setting an intention, allowing energy to flow naturally. By co-creating with your being, we realign your energy, removing any obstacles that may be preventing you from moving forward. We then amplify your energy to propel you in the direction of your desired path.
• 5-10 minutes: To close, we reconnect you to your being and discuss your experience.

Over time, observational meditation can diminish the intensity of stress, anxiety, and overthinking by allowing the mind to reset and find its natural state of calm. This shift in perspective fosters a profound sense of inner peace, self-awareness, and an ability to approach life with greater equanimity and presence.
